How it Works ....

The Day of the Inspection:
Whitehouse Home Inspections recommends that the prospective purchaser accompany the inspector.  Our inspection is prepared for you, and we encourage you to make notes and ask questions as the inspection progresses.  You will learn about the home's condition as well as learn some helpful tips on general maintenance, which will be helpful after you've moved in.

Please allow 2 to 3 hours.
The Report:
A comprehensive narrative style, printed report WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY of the inspection.  The report will interpret all findings in clear, concise terms in language you can understand.  It will tell you all repairs that are needed immediately and which ones may be postponed.

The report provides a detailed overview of the entire dwelling unit, as well as suggested year-round maintenance practices and tips.

Once you receive your inspection report, if you have any questions, our chief inspector will be happy to go over them with you.
The Day You Close:
Often several weeks have passed between the purchase of the property and the actual closing date.  You'll no doubt want to make certain that the property is in the same condition as when you signed the purchase contract.  Our Pre-Closing Checklist is included with the report and will assist you in remembering what to look for.
We Stay With You:
The initial inspection and report are just the beginning of our relationship.  We stay with you as long as you own your newly inspected home.  Whitehouse Home Inspections is available for consultations on home systems and can provide periodic reports relating to home maintenance and structural integrity.
